To new beginnings...

So its a brand spanking new year and like i said ive written out all my new goals and mini goals i want to have at least touched on by the end of the year even better yet!! completing them..

Ive never been one to stick by a goal system i usually jump from one crazy idea to another which sometimes works, but usually leaves me with alot of half finished projects.. not this year!!!

Among my list (number 1) i want to have my shop up and running properly and have constant cute as a button vintage clothing for you all to browse through and mayb even buy if they jump out at you i never actually thought when i started this blog that it would lead to me taking a completely different career path and it actually proved that the obsession i have with vintage fashion came in handy in some way instead of always emptying my wallet.. and its so amazing that you all share the same obesession too... all you lovely followers of mine!! and here i was thinking i was all on my own...

I have had the loveliest week so far although it was mainly filled with work i managed to sneak in time with the flatmates last night to drink cider and play a round of Scattergories..and this weekend its Jess my flatmate's birthday i literally have been a hermit lately so its time to kick up my heels and have a cocktail or two... so were off for dinner and then drinks at this crazy fun place

We have been having the most unusual weather lately (not to go on about it too much) but it feels a little like Melbourne.. Hot one day cold the next!! what is so amazing though is the dewy sweet smell that comes with a sun shower!! its fills the air with a kind of magic.. i was on my lunchbreak and meandering down the hill back to work sushi in hand and it started raining there was an old lady sitting on a bench and the sun was directly behind her reflecting off the rain and she closed her eyes when the rain started to fall on her...it was such a blissful moment, i cursed myself for not having my camera..but anyway darn it..weather!! smarten up i dont have enough space in my wardrobe for both winter and summer clothes at the moment...

On to the outfit (which has been photographed with our lovely outdoor hoses for accidental decoration, which actually match my outfit weirdly enough) i found this adorable mustard cardigan op shopping and have been wanting to wear it for awhile now.. i have always thought it needed a specific colour of charcoal to match it and then..hello!!! perfect colour combo...I actually found this skirt at the back of my wardrobe smooshed between a pair of jeans and it was like finding gold.. it is the most comfiest skirt in the world, perfect loose fabric..

So im sure ive gabbed on a little too much so now im off to have a super strong espresso (or two) plan out my op shopping route for Saturday and then head off to work.. I hope you all have an amazing weekend XX

That is such a cute cardigan, the ruffles really make it special.

The glomesh is sooo pretty, and looks in pretty perfection condition considering it's white, very nice find =]
