my favorite summer ritual is coast guard festival. our city is coast guard city, usa so we have tons of parades, fireworks and carnival rides to prove it every august! its my favorite!

My favorite summer ritual is spending a week at a beach house with my extended family.
Although I live less than 5 miles from the beach all year long, there is something amazing about driving 11 hours to another state and spending a week on their beaches!

my family and i always make homemade ice cream and put the craziest ingredients inside. :) We'll make everything from kiwi ice cream to chex-mix ice cream (really gross too, haaha). Usually my friends and I go off into the woods and see where we end up and have a picnic. It's easy to get lost. I love it.
Now you're making me hate winter!

This outfit is so classic. The pumps are fantastic.
Running at midnight with friends down the old streets in my small town. Afterwards, we'll lie in the park and stargaze. So whimsical...the snow on the ground makes it seem forever ago.
