Classic Navy...
Although Autumn appears to be in full swing we didn't get our first bout of rain until this weekend! In true stubborn style though i am refusing to layer up just yet, It was so nice to hear the rain pitter pat on the windows and smell that unmistakable fresh scent it meant that i ended up spending most of my weekend surrounded by piles of hemming, tea and The Office re-runs.
I haven't been able to get out and buy anything vintage in awhile which means i have bee re-visiting items in my wardrobe, trying to get excited about them again! Nothing like a navy double up with a splash of red!! I have a few exciting events coming up though which means i am hunting for a few amazing dresses to wear (nothing better than a good excuse).
The sun peeked out long enough to throw on my straw hat and go for a bike ride on Sunday, my new suburb has so many cute streets and little hidden shops i am literally in heaven! There is the most amazing antique store where the furniture is literally pouring onto the road and the owner is so gentle and sweet with knowledge on absolutely everything you could possibly imagine! i have a wish list a mile long.
I hope you all had a fab weekend! Xx
